Minda Finance Limited is a group Company of the diversified UNO
MINDA N.K. Minda Group.
It was incorporated on 28 June, 1985 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956
in the name of Focus Proteins Limited. Subsequently, the name of Focus Proteins
Limited was changed to Minda Sons Limited vide the fresh certificate of incorporation,
consequent upon change of name, issued on 24 January, 1994, by the Registrar of
Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana.
Further the name of Minda Sons Limited was changed to Minda Finance Limited, vide
fresh certificate of incorporation, dated 27 September, 1995, consequent upon change
of name, issued by the Registrar of NCT of Delhi and Haryana.
Minda Finance Limited is registered under the Category-B, Non-Acceptance
of Public Deposit Company with the Reserve Bank of India and to carry on NBFC activities
under section 45-1A of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
The core business of Minda Finance Limited is to provide Bills
Discounting Facility to the UNO MINDA NK Minda Group companies including its Suppliers
and the Vendors. In addition to this, the company also provides the inter-corporate
loan(s) and to do the investments in long term/ non-trade basis in the group companies.
